the covid hysteria woke me up but then it isolated me from my peers, i used to be an outgoing person and social but now ive litterally turned into a NEET (that works) and ive been been bingin on link and accumulating as much as i can . And since then ive became to hate everyone around me , i cant help but only see their flaws and how petty they are , its probably just me projecting but oh well i hate this realm , waking up isnt the nicest thing if you ask me i feel so fucking alone , even the people still in my life make me feel alone because of how deep they are in the rat race .

Sounds like you’re going through the dark night of the soul if you’ve truly started to wake up anon. It’s a part of the spiritual path, I’ve been there myself feeling alienated, isolated, despising society/normies, wanting to escape it all. I still do get annoyed with them some days but staying stuck in the negativity will keep you stuck/block your progression if you truly want to grow/self actualize or maybe even go for the big one and become enlightened. It’s a hard road but cut out as much negativity from your life as you can and try to replace it with positive things. Maybe try listening to some affirmations, doing some metta meditations, getting out in nature more etc. the path isn’t all sunshine and rainbows but it sure beats being stuck as basically an NPC materialist hedonistic goof.

I used to look at the clock at 10:10, 11:11, and 12:12 and now I catch it all the time.

If you're not a wagie (and can thus risk doing this) you can just tell yourself when to wake up before you go to sleep.
Now it won't work if you're only going to try to get like 4 hours of sleep. But if you get the full 8, you can go to bed at midnight and wake up at 8 without an alarm clock.
Much better this way. Anyone who works 2nd shift can do thise since you don't even need to be awake before noon.
