Delicious food doesn’t have to be unhealthy. If by delicious food you mean prepackaged processed crap and fast food the first step is getting rid of that.

You don’t have to start eating salads for every meal, or even period. A big step is cooking your own food and knowing what you are putting into it. I recommend looking into various opinions about nutrition for yourself but I’ll just tell you the gist. On the one hand you have the extreme camps, the “fuck you, dem vibrations my nigga, eat air n shiet and if you must only plants” and the “if u do not eat da raw rotted meat you are a weak estrogen bitch and you deserve to get sick”. Both sides have some merits.

But go deep enough and you’ll find that you have to find that works for you. What works for me is a focus on meat with herbs and spices and some vegetables as supplementation. Get a cast iron pan, spend maybe 4 days looking at different cooking channels on youtube (bon appetit, epicurous(only for the low tier vs top chef and ingredient swaps)) ditch seed oils for sure.

Like I said you don’t have to eat salads from now on but if you cook you’ll realize that most of the food you like is actually trash tier and you could do it better if you did it, and when you’ve done that you’ll realize it’s not worth the effort usually and you’ll enjoy “simple” meals with some effort put in components (sauce, sides, salads etc). Look into one meal a day and keto.

The drama on youtube between carnivores and vegans is always funny and entertaining. Hope this helps.

it's attractive in that it has a proposed use case and from what i can see, is adequately engineered to serve that purpose. in other words, there is an application and ostensibly a real business plan.

am i wrong? will ripple just be mired in the courts while bitcoin becomes part of everyone's retirement plan even though they'd be priced out of even using the blockchain proper? or will xrp's retail market simply die for one reason or another? one has to ask, why would they promote bitcoin to such an extent if it were just going to end up being overtaken? to divert people from other investments? just to make money? just to serve as part of a farcical "free market" of cryptocurrencies? all of the above?

it's hard to predict the course of a market that seems irrational or artificial and much easier to recognize value. any currency can also be thought of as a commodity. it is something everyone needs. historically, it is also something that evil people have gone to great lengths to have a monopoly over and so one can't think of it as a free market. but all the same, if i were to pick a digital currency for some industrial application or just as a general purpose currency, would i pick bitcoin? not a chance.
