So make trains and buses an actual possible alternative. To do that, you'll have to do something about niggers and poor people who ruin the system, and something about the jews who nickle and dime the system to death.

Gimping car ownership so only rich jews can afford them isn't going to solve anything. It's only going to ruin our economy further.

Actually, maybe it IS a good idea...accelerate.

This is nothing, back in 2021 I dreamt that gas would hit $10+/gal and there was literally riots in major cities because of it. Im guessing a little more than $10 will be the tipping point. I get 50mpg average in my car. It is a pretty small car though. To save some fuel, if you're on roads inflate your tyres to a bit above the max rating for a light load for every day driving. If you're trucking something heavy, inflate them to the max. Decreases rolling resistance.
Plus make sure your oil is changed at the recommended intervals, old oil means more friction in the engine.

I agree with you but 95% of america is designed so that you're unable to function without a car. Even in giant cities like LA, Houston, Miami etc the public transportation is either god awful or nonexistent. There's maybe 3-4 cities in the county where you don't need a car: NYC, SF, Chicago (maybe), and Boston/Philly (maybe, if you work inside the city too and never leave it). That's it. All the 500+ other cities in the USA, unless you literally live in a city center and work within a block of where you live need a car. And because of suburbanization/white flight, public transportation is only getting worse, not better.

Gas prices in Cali are roughly $5.55/G
Average MP/G for a car is 25 MP/G
Minimum wage in Cali is $13.00
Average working hours per day is 8
8*13=$104 per day
104/5.55=18.7 gallons of gas per day earned
18.7*25=467 miles per day
467/60(mph)=7.7 hours of driving per day

That would be a 3 hour and 51 minute commute to and from work, minus traffic for you to spend an entire days salary on gas. It would be a total of 16+ hours counting work and driving combined. That leaves you with less than 8 hours to sleep, eat, shower, shit, etc.
I even skewed it in your advantage by using a state with insanely high gas prices, a job that only pays minimum wage, a car with only average gas mileage and no traffic.
