It's absolutely ridiculous, and the new build home people are running away with so much money.

They'll release a few slots, get people to lock in their "exclusive" best homes at these ridiculous prices, and then every single other house on the estate is set to be sold at that price.

And wtf are those 2 column parking spaces, moving cars every time you want to go somewhere? newbuilders are fuckers, so glad I bought a < 2000 older build.

Tfw new build houses less than half the space are going for more than 40K over what I paid for mine within the space of 6 months. Wtf is life

we paid 280k for a semi-detached last year. For a new build of the same price now, you can get a 2 bed terraced house with 2 fuckoff just legally big enough car parking spaces. East Midlands, not even London or anywhere near.
