Hey guys, pretty new here.
Just wanted to have an opinion on what you guys think about penny stocks?

Wanted to see if there is anyone here that does that for a living?
I have 30k saved up and wanted to try investing and see where it goes.
Of course not all of the money, about 2-3k i guess. I'm thinking if i can make 200-300 usd, a day, I would be all set.

Or is there something else I can invest in?

Don't get into penny stocks. I don't care what people say. They are as unpredictable as walking into a casino blindfolded. Invest in blue chips. I know it can be enticing when you can buy 1000s but just don't. Everyone thinks you can make money from penny stocks because of Wolf of Wall Street but they forget he got rich scamming people out of penny stocks.

Anon, the only reasonable method is to play around. Set aside a small amount of money, possibly even the minimum to make an account at whatever broker. Test the waters and play the game, learn how things work and try your hand. Don't ever take the advice of others when it comes to you money.

Don't invest in penny stocks at all, its fine to trade them as I do it sometimes (buy breakouts, speculative ect) and I can make a 1-4 dollars per share easy within a day or two but in the long run they are poisonous.
