As much of a pain in the arse as it can be to run around all day, go to your customer, don't let them come to you. Especially where you live. Just suck it up and go out to meet them. There are a number of reasons to do this, and they should be self evident. If you can't see the value, you really shouldn't be dealing in the first place.
