/biz/ how do I get rid of this constant brain fog? How do I wake up in the morning wanting to go to work? How do I make my legs stop feeling like lead? I want to be motivted and energetic. I hate who I am.

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I think diet is a much better approach. Try eating different ways and see what works for you. I personally have noticed some pretty paradoxical shit where I have more energy when I eat light (1700 or less calories a day) and make sure that I spread that out over the course of the day. It can be uncomfortable because my first instinct is to eat till I'm stuffed but it works. I think eating a lot in one sitting fucks with your insulin and also putting a big digestion work load at any given time makes you feel tired.

And one more thing, make yourself wake up at the same times every single day. Work day or not. When you get in a good sleep rhythm it makes waking up way less taxing.

Organization is key: Write a list of things to do the day before. I like to do it the night before so its fresh in my head when i wake up. Personally i don't worry about long term goals, they are malleable and every one pretty much has the same ones. (that is the people competent enough to have them) Keep things neat or at least try to. Look in every Politicians, CEOs, hell most white collars homes and you'll notice that everything is in its proper place.

Turn your hobbies into rewards. Instead of playing games, watching movies or anime for 4 hours a day, give yourself 1 hour for electronic luxuries a day.

Also develop a vision of your life goals, like how you would like to impact others in the world or something, while also meeting economic needs.
