DXTR looks like it's about to moon. It was about to be delisted and they were starting to apply for OTC, but suddenly had a change of mind and is appealing to NASDAQ to stay listed. There is an article being posted and quoted on Stocktwits for DXTR which shows they were attempting to get a partnership/buy out before they got a delisting notice.

So why would they spend the money to appeal? There has to be a good reason to do a whole 180 on their decision to accept delisting and spend all the money to do so.
