I dont know what to mine anymore. I have been out of the Crypto scene for 2 months.

Ever since PND went PoS, I've had no clue what to mine, so I've been mining NOBL.

Can any helpful anon recommend a new-ish coin to start mining that still has decent difficulty thats on an exchange, or will be on an exchange?

From the looks of it, one big whale dumped all of his bag and that caused a wave of panic selling, along with plenty of buying scooping up the cheap coins.

I hold some BURN, and I don't intend on selling any at all because one guy decided to dump and plummet the market one evening. The way I see it, it'll most likely bounce back by tomorrow afternoon, if not sooner. Plus the devs are implementing TOR trials on Wednesday, so I'll sell what I have at a loss if, and only if, the weekend rolls around with little to no recovery - which I highly doubt will be the case.

But that's just me telling you how I'm playing it personally; whatever you feel is best to do is up to you, friend.

I havent gone all in yet... watching it trade but I know its going to explode in price in the coming days weeks months just given its volume, specs, and the dev team which is incredibly active

seems incredibly undernoticed so far... tiny market cap for a coin w a unique build good dev team and sweet name

Give it a little time. There are plenty of great sites that aren't scams. I've done tons of cool stuff with cryptocurrencies and never lost anything. It is still so new and tiny in the grand scheme of things that most older people will write it off because they dont have the time or the critical thinking/understanding of value to self-police these types of things with research and a self-reliant additude when it comes to consumer protection. If you are involved with crypto right now you are not normal... you are an outlier participating in the infancy of an emergent evolution in one of society's most important foundations: value transfer/money.

Although I do think sports betting and gambling will be some of the first things that attract normal people to crypto because degenerate gamblers and/or career gamblers have an overlap with the type of thinking and mind that is drawn to crypto in a lot of ways and if you build something good they will come.

take doge-dice for example. that was one of the most innovative and well designed gambling platforms to ever grace the internet. its closure is really behind doge's accelerated demise of the last week because about 3% of coins were invested there. where else can you crowdsource a cryptographically secure casino bankroll and allow investors to get that sort of return

then theres sites like directbet where having crypto allows you to make bets without even having to register for the site on a huge array of sporting bets. its easy to imagine how good that could get if it had more competition and even 2% of the market share of fiat sportsbooks

money in money out in minutes. it's insane. it beats the shit out of gambling with fiat

porn is also another one that will get people to do it because it beats credit card for anonymity (and security... porn sites often route money through tax havens and banks will shut off cards for it on concerns of identity theft. they also "lose" data sometimes im sure
