I started investing in cryptos earlier this year and I've seen solid returns so far. I don't daytrade, but I still find myself checking the charts, /biz/, and crypto news sites obsessively. How do I learn to stop worrying and love the HODL, /biz/?

By all means check the shit out of them but when you're down 30% like I was with ETP (cause i bought at 5 like and idiot) the only thing you can do is

and having a set trading plan when you get in and when you get out helps you stay disciplined.
