My job has a referal system where every person that I refer to my job I get 100 bucks for.

How do I maximize getting people to work at my job?

Make cards? How do I sell it?

You're either an idiot or a piece of shit.

That seems a bit low; the usual standard for companies is between $5k and $25k depending on the skills.

Are you implying I work in a pyramid scheme? Its a legit company with hundreds of employees and they are expanding.

Why is everybody on 4chan extremely better than me at everything?

Sorry, yeah, I assumed it was a pyramid because the rate was so low.

It depends on the company and skills required, but usually they pay QUITE a bit more for this, which is why I'm thinking MLM lol. Idk about 5-25k, but if you refer an employee who passes the probationary period typically a 1-2k bonus or somewhere around that ballpark is the norm to my knowledge.

I'm just pointing out that you are being screwed. If they go through a recruiter, they normally pay out 30%-40% of the new employee's yearly pay.

Spending a couple of thousand dollars to make a current employee happy, and save a couple of thousand more works out well for everyone, except the overpriced recruiters.

Its an entry level job for the most part. They just have so many jobs available right now that they are trying to get everybody. I don't make nearly 5k. Its only 10.75 an hour. Its for at&t and they are hiring 500 more people because its a relatively new business

But anyway regardless of the money how should I advertise?

Don't you get 100 bucks ONLY if they get hired though?

>> No.391314

$100 is fucking nothing

At least make it several thousand

Nobody on /biz/ has ever worked an entry-level, hourly wage job.

OP, $100 is totally normal for employment referrals at your level. As far as maximizing them, don't worry about it. It also reflects poorly on you if the employee doesn't work out. I'm assuming you're young, so a good number of your friends may treat this as a summer job. Usually the referral has to be hired and work there for 6 months.
OP, $100 is pretty standard for a normal

I'm not really all that worried about how I look based on my referrals and I kind of feel that is overstated when working in a place with 500+ employees.

Literally how is this possible?

It's not, people on /biz/ either like to pretend they are rich, or if they actually do make a lot of money like to pretend they don't remember what it was like to make less than 50k or not be on salary
