Bittrex has frozen unverified accounts and now I'm fucked. I have approx. $30k in pure profit sitting there.

legacy accounts are accounts that were made in early Bittrex days.
They have a daily withdraw limit of 1337 btc

The "early days" of Bittrex wasn't that long ago, I think any account before summer 2016 is legacy.

Although legacy doesn't help much, most of us with legacy accounts have randomly had our status stripped and our accounts say "New" now (though thankfully withdrawing still worked for me, for now). So those of you with legacy accounts, don't count on not being randomly fucked over, it's only a matter of time.
