Check out HitBTC maybe, they have the lowest fees (rebate for maker, 0.1% for taker). A lot of markets, too (190+, some of them lacking in volume). No KYC needed.

There is a fishy thing too, like order history being filled with entries that never appeared in order book. Does anyone here know if it's possible for bots to trade that fast? They have a streaming API.
