It's a legit coin that is fudded to oblivion by the kinds of >>3619177, who are late to the party and want to accumulate cheaper. There's a whole discord dedicated to fudding IOC.
There are events soon so you should be careful, might pump, might dip. Weak hands will definitely try to "sell the news" but IOC is not a coin for this, you're better off just holding (just look at the charts and see for yourself).

All in all, do your research.
