its up to you. you can put up an ad on craigslist.
or you can just use a broker, but they'll charge 1% or so. i use coinbase. they're Jewish as all fuck but there's not a lot of options.
if you already have the coins you can transfer it to your coinbase wallet and do a direct transfer to your bank account.
or just transfer it to my wallet and I'll do it for you :)

Use GDAX instead of coinbase, even though its the same company you can put up a limit order on GDAX and not have to deal with fees.
