Best bet is the following
- after a couple of weeks you are ok to start going on dates, don't fuck anyone though
- find a new passion in your life. Skydiving? Something you always wanted to do. Start going for it.
- focus on gym, died, sleep, crypto and hanging out with friends.
- Zero contact with ex over this time period. If she messages you then ignore, if she does something crazy send her something polite but firm to say you would rather not talk til you are both totally over each other.
- then you both get over each other.

The best part about this is they always totally want you back after and you are over them.
