how do i make an eth contract to sell some tokens that i have?

i don't want to bother going through an exchange and paying all the gay fees.

any eth wizards here that can help?

Use the 0x otc or etherdelta

i plan to but if i could use a smart contract i don't have to worry about being ripped off.

the contract will only release the tokens once a certain amount of eth gets deposited to an adress.

You do understand that through the 0x OTC you create a trade offer that is a smart contact. Basically, you say what you want and how much you're willing to pay for it. You then send this to the other person and they can only agree to the offer if they have sufficient balance in whatever it is that you want. Seriously, just do your research better next time.
