So I just interviewed for a position at a bank and they asked me to sign a paper saying they can legally check my credit. I have a low credit score of 611 because of a really small student loan ($1500), credit age of 0, and only 1 total account. Will this destroy my chances at getting the job?

Well it's just for a part-time teller position. I'm currently in college and showed them my transcript. I have a 4.0 and they were very impressed with me in the interview, and the woman who interviewed me was a loan officer who complimented me on how well I was dressed and how well-spoken I was.

Overall my interview went 9/10 but my only worry is the credit report.
