Everything that has tried to topple BTC has failed. First mover advantage in the crypto space is pretty much everything. Can anyone even compete with Vitaliks autism? Seems like it's just a meme. eth killers have always been a meme. midwits like to compare it to myspace or something and think it will go away eventually but i think it's a bad comparison. ethereum is not like a website, it's more like the internet, and all the tokens and dapps built on it are like websites. getting people to switch to a different internet, one that has not even a fraction of the eth ecosystem wrt shitcoins and dexes etc., is a hard sell, no matter the gas cost wins.
