they aren't getting a native L2. The "L2" shit is them getting listed on QuickSwap aka the swap on Matic's L2. All the work they've done is rewriting the rubic token so that it can be listed as a wrapped RBC on matic's network without being a total shitcoin. (the complication is that 50% of fees on orderbook orders from rubic.exchange are supposed to go towards backing rbc).

This coin has done nothing and will do nothing for at least until Q3. It will crab for months to come, probably shriveling up and dying with it's 500k daily volume.
