Bull. The running/plowing attack is devastating. I've seen small hogs throwing into a pit with multiple pitbulls and it just charges around knocking them all around until they fuck off. Add a few more tons of muscle and horns to that equation and the bear is getting a good goring. That's not to say the bull wouldn't have a few good scratches but unless it doesn't have the opportunity to charge it's going to have the upper hand. By the time it reaches the bear it's moving too fast for any of its attacks to be effective.
