Yes, the DxSALE platform keeps the funds safe. There will also be a governance system where investors will be able to vote on whether to release dev team funds based on if they feel the team as delivered in their milestone promises. E.g if the project has 4 stages, you could spit if the dev team tokens into 4 locked funds and the community will hold them accountable. No product delivery = no payment.
