they don't chase people down to give them a refund. And yes they hire blockchain analysis firms to trace it for them, 99.999% chance you have no clue what you're doing and are leaving a ton of compromising metadata based on your response. Also, take your meds schizo.

good luck spending monero directly on non-meme things. Also that doesn't record it for you as a taxable event and report it to the government to prevent themselves from being shutdown.

my point is that spending monero directly without ID/KYC is limited and as soon as you transfer it to something else or spend it then it will require ID/KYC and the tracking begins anew. It's a good middle step but the last step is where (((they))) will nail you.

>> No.30133078

Everyone in a first world country can easily dodge taxes by holding xmr.

The burden of proof is on law enforcement. Unless they can hold you with reasonable doubt that you're evading taxation they can't do anything

Monero is built from the ground up to always give you plausible deniability. It was made so that people in China can evade authoritarian pressure. Americans can use it to easily avoid taxes.

There is currently no known method of chain analysis. They can't freeze funds because the addresses are encrypted unlike bitcoin.

It's basically game over for tax collector's. From now on governments will be forced to just tax businesses and don't tax income at all because it's just impossible to enforce. Like how piracy of digital content is impossible to enforce.

People in 10 years time not paying taxes will feel exactly the same as people pirating movies and music. Everybody does it because there is no actual risk to it.

They can't do anything about it except ban exchanges from trading xmr to avoid this from happening.

Now the government can't track it at all or even know where it is/how much it is/if it was used or not.

In our case we hide our fat BTC stacks by buying Monero through atomic swap and holding Monero so we don't pay capital gains.

The best way to go about this is to invest in mining rigs for the purposes of mining XMR so no one will ever know. Otherwise if you convert fiat to XMR that transaction will be known to the goobs
