Good job. You took a risk that will change your life, for better or worse with no alternatives. As a fellow p&d bandwagoner, let me give you a word of advice:

If you think it's time to sell.

DO IT.

So long as you come at positive at the end, it does not matter. In the future, diversify your p&d assets and spend less money on them. You will be able to take bigger risks more frequently. You will not earn nearly as much, but you will have a stable source of income. Overtime, you will have enough money to make larger investments as you diversify, exponentially increasing your wealth. But this can only happen if you do not go all-in in the future.

Time in the market is greater than timing in the market.
