I see a lot of potential in this project, but have one concern.
>Hashgraph algorithm is protected by patents
>Patents are used to inhibit forking and the associated instability and loss of network effects
>Hedera promises enterprises that it will never authorize a fork
So the technology isn't inherently secure against attacks and instead relies on patents?
What happens when these patents expire?
