we watched Aurcana for quite a while, but some of their more recent activity, especially that previously unannounced private placement diluting shares was not a great look for the companies management. No it's a 3 mile round trip for me, not many thrift stores around here but wealthier old money high population areas are prime for hunting. I know a garbage man in NYC who has probably pulled 50-70 kilos of silver free from the trash in the last 5 years and I've done well searching in Denver and Columbus Ohio in the past. Most scrap I get from eBay though.

BTC is just an entry on a distributed ledger. The 'value' is only created when governments deliberately allow their fiat notes to be converted to your ledger entry. listen to the new report, I think they have enough land to explore and keep the production going, they have 7-9 years with just what they have proved right here and now, and further exploration should increase that to 10-20 years.

I know people dislike share dilution, but its sometimes a fact of life, and considering they were trading at 1.20 cad not to long ago and the dilution/profit taking stabilized nicely above .80 cents most of the core investors still see this as profitable.

All the good things that were true a few months ago are still true, and in terms of dilution it isnt anything that BHS or other very shilled tickers have not done. I have heard critiques that people don't focus on production and keep buying land they don't develop, so hearing the reverse about AUN just sounds odd to me.

I am only more bullish on them after seeing continued focus on getting production up to 3 milling this year and >6million by full ramp up.

This coupled with the share price reacting significantly to the price of silver has been a real indicator of things to come.

Really if doing a purchase and issuing shares is the only gripe I hear, 270 mil shares fully diluted, which isnt a crazy leap from where they were, then I really cannot call it as great a fault as you are making it out to be.

Especially given the fundamentals of the ground they are going to be ripping silver out of.

If 1Toz = 31 grams and $1 dollar bill = 1 gram, one ounce of Gold carries 56 times the value of currency of same weight.

what concerned me about the private placement was that it was not announced and was done when their CEO had already said several times that the project was already fully funded in videos. I agree dilution is a fact of the junior mining game, but usually its planned and already in a set schedule that is known about. It concerned me that Aurcana's CEO said they were totally funded and all was good, but than why did they need the extra funding? Their corporate side is also strangely hard to get in contact with, i ve never gotten an email back from them, while other junior miners at least responded within a week or two.

Its been a while since i looked over exactly what happened with that placement, correct me if i am mistaken. I agree that the ground they have is great, and a ready to run mine to boot, but there are things the company could have been doing that would have helped its case which it did not.

Buying silver is still a good idea as there is yearly 2% inflation, and silver is a highly used commodity in the electronics industry. I'm just saying we use almost a billion ounces of silver in the electronics industry every year and that has to break at some point, since there is a finite supply of silver. By that point industry will have figured out ways to recycle silver on boards and chips, and will probably have some other superconductive alloy, but silver will still be scarce and valuable for use in jewelry and other shit that will start getting priced out as the cost rises. So even assuming what the guy said in the video is true, it's still not a bad idea to hold some for the extreme long-run.

SLV and GLD are futures contracts and as such are basically IOUs. For Silver, there are anywhere between 100 and 180 shares of SLV for each physical ounce in the vault. 100 and 180 other people can lay claim to the same ounce of silver that you do. When push comes to shove, are you going to be the one to get that ounce of silver? The prospectus above says no, their preferred partners have priority, meaning the bullion banks and other institutions.
