Why would they? Crypto isn't illegal. Some states don't let you use binance but uniswap is fine everywhere.

The crypto is not illegal but maybe using the exchanges is and that’s why I’m asking. Since I’ll be using a crypto tax software to do it maybe it will get a flag because of the exchanges. Hope that makes sense bro.

You’re violating the terms of service of those exchanges where they don’t allow burgers, but I don’t think you are violating any US laws. When you report taxes, you do not specify which exchange you used. I bet you would have to give up that information if you were audited, and in that case I have no idea what the ramifications are. But I don’t think there is any problem.
