But I learned that forming an LLC will actually increase taxes, since you'll have state business taxes plus self-employment taxes to deal with. I live in a state with no personal income tax but with business income tax, so thats the killer. You're talking 10% more at a minimum. AFAIK I'm fucked anyways. By law, it is not a claim that I have, but I automatically am a citizen as my father was a US citizen and all the requirements for me to be one are met.
I am currently in the process on getting my passport, read not applying for citizenship, but getting the passport because I already am a citizen by law.
