Why does REQ have productive, hopeful threads despite being down a lot harder than RLC over 3 years, while RLC is full of people saying it's fucking over, sell right now? Is it because RLC periodically swings, so there are bears and swingers who rely on it to perform that price action or what?

Still bag holding from three years ago. Still believe in it.

do they have a working product now? are people just not adopting it?

Nope, now that they pivoted away from triple entry accounting into some gay invoicing thing the potential market value plummeted. Triple entry accounting was like one of the three absolutely massive potential things for block chains, they had a huge opportunity to cement themselves as the first movers in the space. Huge amounts of money raised, a direct line to a Big 4 accounting firm, and tons of young technical talent. Totally squandered it.

There’s a reason why /biz/ was big on REQ and LINK, decentralized oracles and triple entry accounting are absolutely enormous. REQ failed.

this. This lazy French team blew their chance to revolutionize accounting, not just crypto. What they’re doing now is useless, on top of that they have an incompetent team
