Hello to all of my fellow DeFiat chads, and welcome to any newcomers!

Here is some spoonfeeding material for any anons who have not found this gem yet.

As I have said several times in these threads, this is a purely voluntary system which you may or may not choose to interact with. If it's not of interest to you then so be it, but I think it will be of interest to a great number of people. Total Value Locked will likely run to some extraordinary numbers and the tokenomics and fomo will push DFT to astronomical prices.

When AnyStake launches, the rewards pool already has 60k or so tokens that will be taken out of circulation. So that 220K will be 160k. Now I’ve been in this since inception & we had over 85k staked tokens in the pool back in October for just simple apy returns in DFT. Pool will open back up once AnyStake goes live(Very very soon). So with 16 communities able to stake I see circulating supply being under 100k fairly quickly. So if you stake Link you get dft back, which you can swap for Link or add to the pool to increase percentage resulting in the ability to buy more Link down the line.

So for arguments sake let’s say it gets to 95k circulating(which we almost got to that number pre anything months ago with no product..), when we reach 25mil mcap that’s $260 a token. I believe this is project DeFiat, has the best deflationary token in the DeFi game right now, it’s a first mover. The protocol itself should be 50mil plus.

Also the other day they open sourced their front end and others will be able to build on top of the ecosystem. The main dev has stated that this will be a game changer and their intention is to bring extreme reliability and transparency to DeFi while continuously growing it into the best ecosystem in DeFi. idk anon, what can I say, I’m bullish...

BUT this should let you know that they got passion outside of the soul sucking 9-5 bullshit. They have locked up liquidity, they are doing an audit with the best company, their code shows you they are talented af & they will be releasing more things throughout this week that prove they are legit & here to stay & build. A lot of successful anon projects out here, crypto was invented for this reason as well. If you can’t escape then just build and make the change you wanna see. Nah, that was just created on a whim. Some community members were getting rugged and a good amount were complaining in the chat, the devs said ‘you know what, maybe we can help in some way’ then they created the 2nd protocol in under a week, it’s not ment to get you all your money back but you can maybe get 20-50 bucks back, better than 0 I suppose. But the focus isn’t on 2nd it’s on AnyStake where you can stake any erc20, it’ll be 16 to start but will slowly venture out and add many more. The reason this is so huge and shows their talent is because this hasn’t been done before, why? Well when you have so many pools and tokens you have to make calls to the erc contract and that shit makes gas fees practically impossible for anyone to really interact with staking their tokens. This is what the devs have solved so now it’ll be cheaper to stake your favorite erc20. Add this with the deflationary aspect and your making gains guaranteed.

I don't think it's too similar to Uniswap. DFT's AnyStake is basically a platform where u can stake ERC-20 tokens like LINK or whatever —without converting it into a liquidity token LINK-ETH like you do with YFI or Uni or other staking platforms where you earn APY. You earn DFT in return for staking on AnyStake and get multipliers based on how much DFT you owe.

Uniswap and DFT are targeting pretty different sectors. If Anystake works, DFT would honestly be a trailblazer since it solves the problem of impermanent loss—that's when you lose value when you convert your tokens into liquidity pairs like LINK-ETH and they diverge in price. AND all this comes with reduced gas fees. Anyway, I'm not an expert, so this is just my take.

The reality is that the DFT devs aboid hype at all costs. Honestly the community can get a little frustrated with that. No, not at all. DFT wouldn't be a uniswap killer.

Uniswap is still required for the exchanging. The only area of competition would be in passive income generation.

Uniswap offers liquidity pools, of course, but this has two problems. Firstly, you need half eth and half of your pooled token. Secondly you run the risk of impermanent loss of your chosen coin within a liquidity pool. This risk won't exist with DFT staking.

So yeah, I think that's very cool and adds a lot of value to the defi space. If it adds $200m of value to the defi space then this token has a 100x ahead of it.

This reeks of cope. This literally reeks of someone who bought the coin on launch when it rallied to $30 and then sold at $1, not realising that full development could take a few months.

Here we are a few months later with the devs locking liquidity, spending tens of thousands on audits, and legitimately about to put a gamechanging token out (which will be remarkably easy to market).

I can only imagine how irritating it would be to get into DFT early, sell the bottom, and then watch it rally right as product is about to launch. The amount of cope I would have to deal with would probably make me want to lash out in any DFT thread I saw.

Ah okay, gotcha. It isn't a Uniswap *exchange* killer at all, but it is a serious competitor to the Uniswap staking platform. The sole reason I don't stake on Uniswap is because I don't own much ETH (and don't care to). Yes. There are two big reasons why being a Liquidity Provider can sometimes suck. And both are solved by DFT. Now on the other hand, being a LP does not have staking fees, so there is a plus side there. They are somewhat competing in that people can receive passive income from their ERC 20 tokens with both, but there are some significant differences in how it works.

I’d say 300-500 is make it stack. Eventfully we will be at $500 a token, eventually. Could happen faster than most expect once everything is up and running. Either way, grab $1,000 worth of it if that’s all you can get and you’ll end with 50k in a couple of months. Easy money imo

There are fees on every transaction of DFT made. This includes buys and sells from uniswap. 0.5% is burned, so the token is deflationary. 2.5% is allocated into the rewards pool for tokens. Currently it has almost 70,000 DFT in it which will be used to boost APY for stakers in the first months. This pool will rebuild over time, of course.

Stakers are rewarded in DFT. I believe there will be a mechanism that will ensure they are rewarded *more* DFT for staking DFT plus their chosen token, but they will not strictly be required to. It is kind of like a multiplier.

There will be staking fees too - probably on the unstaking side (to encourage people to stake for longer). These fees will be used to buy back DFT from the open market. This, along with the deflation of the token and tokens locked in staking, should realistically drive the price of DFT.

So a big reason DFT will start catching fire is it’s a first mover. Similar to what YFI was “back in the day” with their apys DeFiat will be similar in their AnyStake approach.

Once there were clones & rugs of YFI all that trust lead back into their token value. We will end up seeing DeFiat clones start popping up soon after launch (with shitty code and rugs) the second we see some rugs, money will come back flowing into DeFiat and make the ecosystem that much stronger. Basically, don’t underestimate first movers in the crypto space, especially the DeFi space.

Putting again for those that missed it.

When AnyStake launches, the rewards pool already has 60k or so tokens that will be taken out of circulation. So that 220k will be 160k. Now I’ve been in this since inception & we had over 85k staked tokens in the pool back in October for just simple apy returns in DFT. Pool will open back up once AnyStake goes live. So with 16 communities able to stake I see circulating supply being under 100k fairly quickly. So if you stake link you get dft back, which you can swap for link or add to the pool to increase percentage.

So for arguments sake let’s say it gets to 95k circulating(which we almost got to that number pre anything), when we reach 25mil mcap that’s $260 a token. I believe this is the only project that will function like this, it’s a first mover. The protocol itself should be 50mil plus.

Also the other day they open sourced their front end and others will be able to build on top of the ecosystem. The main dev has stated that this will be a game changer and their intention is to bring extreme reliability and transparency to DeFi while continuously growing it into the best ecosystem in DeFi.

In addition, the team has marketing money set aside for future campaigns and potential influencers and whatnot. Remains to be seen how it will be put to use, but with this team you can bet it’ll be put to great use.

AnyStake solves this buy pressure by rewarding stakers for staying in the pool and implementing mechanisms to keep token price sustainable. To accomplish this, Anystake will charge a variable fee, pegged at 5% to start, on both deposits and withdraws.

These fees will be used in 2 ways:

50% will be used to directly buyback DFT on Uniswap. This will push the price of DFT higher, increase volume, and generate more trading rewards. A virtuous circle. All buybacks go directly to the treasury to be added during reward deposit events.

50% will be taken as a fee in the native ERC20 and redistributed to stakers.

For an example, let’s consider Alice. She loves DFT and is excited about the AnyStake release.
When AnyStake launches, Alice already has 1,000 USDT ready to deposit. After approving the AnyStake contract, Alice deposits her entire stack of 1,000 USDT. Because there is a 5% fee on deposits, 3 things happen in her transaction:

1) 25 USDT (2.5%) is converted to WETH and is used to buyback DFT from Uniswap when the market conditions are ready.

2) 25 USDT (2.5%) is proportionally distributed to all other USDT stakers, based on both balance and time spent in the pool

3) 950 USDT (95%) is added to Alice’s staked USDT balance in AnyStake

Have watched a few youtube videos about impermanent loss (when providing liquidity) but don't entirely understand. I know that when the value of two assets change in relation to each other there is the potential to get less coins out than you put in.

Let's use a real world example, I am providing 50/50 liquidity between ETH and a shitcoin, the value of that shitcoin is dropping. What will happen to my holdings if the shitcoin drops by 50% overnight, then drops 50% again?
