So basically the digital fiat you’re referring to here is just normal USD, EURO and GBP sitting in people’s bank account, and once banks begin the transition to CBDCs, they will use XRP to do this? Nope. Think of the internet and e-mail in the early days. Back then if you were with lets say AOL and I was with idk Sprint, well I couldnt send you an email as we were not on the same "network". Have you tried buying and transferring bitcoin or eth? The fees and settlement times are ATROCIOUS. And that's not even getting into the energy costs (BTC is a huge electricity hog).
