Get your pulse up to 80%+ 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Stay somewhat physically active 6 days a week (if you're home, just do pushups or whatever, otherwise go for a walk). Learn how to program (more than a specific language, learn how a computer works, if you do this you can easily piece together any language in a few months), don't go into business, Econ or finance you can learn that shit on the side.
