I am sick of working hard. What are the easiest jobs. Right now I'm a machinist I spend half the day setting up the machines and the other half watching them cut metal. I want to get my work load down to about 10% of the work day and spend the rest spacing out. I was thinking armed security would be good but it's hard to get into. What else can you think of /biz

Nope it is direct hire and a damn good boss.
He takes us to breakfast even and always has coffee treats available and a budget plus time for training.

Looking at it the wrong way, anon. Doesn’t matter whether the job is easy or hard, but whether you like it. I have an exquisitely difficult job as general counsel for a publicly-traded corporation. But I fucking love it. I look forward to going in, have a blast figuring out problems, and they stock my bank account every single month. Find what you love.

oh, you meant Pluralsight.com?
that's a training solution for around $30 a month that has hundreds of hours on Solidworks to learn gcode and everything related.

I didn't realize wat you were referring to at first.
I was just giving a recommendation for training

I was a janitor when I was younger it was awesome. When everyone would leave for the day I would go in the bathroom and play hearthstone for like 30mins. Doesn't pay enough though I need 25/hr at least

I feel like machinist is a secret easy job everyone I work with is old and we just stand around all day. The young guys get suckered into management positions where they're at the factory all the time but anyone with a brain knows it's not worth it every shop I've worked in im the youngest guy and i'm 30
