Could definitely go on for years, not decades. In retrospect, debt levels are ironically what forced interest rates down to these levels. But we're now rapidly approaching a point where even historically low rates will make debt servicing impossible. For what it's worth, in my opinion as long as Pino de Plata remains undrillable Silver Spruce may not be worth the investment for me at least. I like that they're doing surface exploration with Colibri though, but at that point why not just invest in Colibri? They also have the Pilar JV with Tocvan. I really like what they have at Pilar and would like to invest in Tocvan at some point if I have some cash to spare. All of these are risky investments, but as the bull market progresses, I want to keep finding undervalued companies to put a little funding into and ride to the top. I think their entry points can be as low as £5k and they can will organise the purchase and sale of your casks or can organise bottling after maturing.
