Definitely stake though, download either wallet from Cardano org and just find a stake pool to delegate to. It's good for ada to have a high percentage staked if nothing else, plus you can transfer it back out any time you want for pennies, there's no locking.

ADA's a bit like a bank account with better APY returns, no real reason to take it all out unless you need too, might aswell just keep holding and generating returns, only selling off the rewards as needed, as more people hold the supply available goes down, theoretically everyone could sell off what they are staking(staking isnt locked with ada you can sell anytime) but why would they if they would generate greater rewards long term.
