He is probably right. But you can either profit off speculating on your own enslavement, or don't profit and get enslaved anyway.

A 200+ year old tradition of civil liberties was completely and utterly abolished across the entire West inside the span of 6 months because people were scared of the flu. Jeff Bezos, Rothschild, and Satan aren't sitting around a table talking about how they can't execute their plan of 666 microchips and fema camps until anon throws a couple grand of capital into bitcoin.

If you are able to explain smart contracts to a corporate boomer, he will literally get an instant erection. They will
>throw the concept into a powerpoint along with a remotely plausible application for their logistics or business intelligence
>show it to upper management during a team building weekend
>save themselves thousands of hours of dick sucking, be the coolest boomer for a while and probably get a promotion

Really well. They explained how blockchain technology could just be copied and used by big corpotations rather than buying tokens on a risky decentralized service. Made me see the errors of my ways and helped me sell it too him on a small 3% premium. Can't believe I fell for the whole "The Institutions will buy your tokens" shite.

Thank you boomer.

I have yet to meet someone who can conceptualize that fiat is just as meaningless as crypto. They have already made their mind up before I say that computational work enables trustless interactions. Their eyes glaze over if I mention that banks will invariably try to enrich themselves at your expense via fraud and a public ledger prevents that (sans a quantum computer). They couldn't give les of a fuck about a government's ability to freeze your assets and they couldn't give less of a fuck what I know. It would be like trying to explain diet and exercise to a normie. I've known that doesn't work for over a decade. Even if you make it and they ask, they're still just looking for easy gains.

If you're looking for advice, please heed mine. Do not ever try to explain something technical to someone who hasn't verified their commitment. You are wasting your time even if you like them. Do not tell people the extent to which you benefit from knowledge (how many lbs of muscle you gain, how many lbs of fat you lose, how much money you gain, how many girls you fuck) nor how much effort and sacrifice you make (how many hours of sleep lost, how many failed projects, how much blood sweat & tears, how many hours/wk you work). Unless you are blessed with someone who went though it with you, you are entirely alone in your suffering and success. People are there to enjoy their company and anything else is a fucking illusion of hormones, smoke, and mirrors.

from actually explaining it during tax deductible business lunches with suppliers.. it isn't a hard concept to grasp for any non-retarded mid level corporate suit
afaik they just end up presenting the technology along with some example applications, maybe promising a future limited implementation, and that's usually all I hear about it afterwards..
ironically some of them even realize there's a need for decentralized oracles by themselves

I'm not a boomer and i don't believe in it's a store of value... Maybe I'm retarded but i don't really see how anyone can claim it does have intrinsic value, or at least more than fiat since it is also fiat and not money.

This logic is HILARIOUS. I wont invest in a decentralized digital asset because its its not backed by anything, but I will totally invest in a (((security))) that is completely under the control of bankers and jewish wizards, who definitely dont just change the rules when it benefits them. Boomers are fucking retarded and the world will be better off when they die

Owning a governance token or ethereum actually has utility and value. Every transaction needs eth, and every day people are taking out defi loans using smart contracts. So yea there is definitely value.
