I haven't looked into it much, apparently both Maxar and BlackSky offer cloud based data processing so you don't have to try to download petabytes of data but BlackSky's Spectra allows you to manually task the satellites, has a better SaaS model, and has better tools so it's easier to get the data you need without having to hire a company or more employees to sort through it. This is all from someone who claimed to be a research scientist in the field, I'll do a deep dive if I decide to keep the stock long term. Maxar does have the old space baggage so BlackSky will probably keep their premium and I do think the smallsat imagery constellations will ultimately win out due to lower cost.

I don't follow KTOS but I would be worried about tying up my money until the contract is decided. I'd say the pure play space stocks have better potential short term.
