to think there are people here with college degrees who make less than a costco wagie would from the get-go

you're not one of them, right anon? you've risen above the mean, right?

Costco treats its employees pretty well. It really shows and their entire business model makes them bank. Buy COST calls

God I fucking love this store.
Big wedges of Parmesan cheese, cans of good tomatoes, fresh bread, great beef, cases of nestle water. All of it cheaper than grocery stores and better quality.

trips of truth, Costco made it company policy that they will not make a product a Kirkland unless it is 1% better than the best product in said category

buying Kirkland is literally buying the nicest mass produce available

Get out of the cross hairs of politicians. Get good press. And inflation will kick in soon enough that $16 in real terms will not even be a raise.

I worked at Costco when I was 18, honestly best wagecuck job I ever had. Everyone was super chill, the managers were pretty laid back because they were making a decent salary. I was getting paid 13.5/hr when the min wage was still 8.5/hr at the time. I just had to push carts outside and do security every now and then after they closed.

Costco needs quality workers to maintain its business model, you can't hire Walmart retards to efficiently stock the sheer volume that moves through each Costco.
