Just holding NEO (not staking or other risky stuff) generates GAS, currently with a mcap of 130M
>> Advantages NEO has over Ethereum:
Faster/more scalable consensus algorithm. Neo can do with L1 what Ethereum hopes to achieve with L2. Imagine what Neo could do with L2.
You get paid simply for holding NEO, in GAS, so it doesn't inflate the price of NEO, it only increases your value.
Low fees, and basically free if you hold for long enough because you literally get GAS for owning NEO. Note, if you simply want to USE the Neo blockchain, you might only need GAS (GAS is actually more similar to ETH, NEO is like investing in the network, while GAS is for PARTICIPATING in the network. GAS is a currency, NEO is like dividend stock).
Developers on Neo can choose to work with many programming languages that aren't specific to NEO, including Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, F#, Python, Javascript. If you're any kind of developer, you can develop for Neo. This is HUGE, because it makes the barrier to entry so much lower than the barrier of entry for Ethereum.
Capped supply! Unlike ETH, NEO has a hardcapped supply of 100 million. It will NEVER have more than 100 million coins. Ethereum will always print more coins, so it's not capped. Yes, the rate of inflation is pretty low in Ethereum, but it DOES exist. In NEO, there will NEVER be more coins and in fact coins MIGHT even be burned in the future. If not burned, at least some NEO will be staked, because the validators will need to stake their NEO.

NEO 3.0 will be HUGE.
Team is not promoting or marketing like other alts but working hard on improvments for adoption of blockchain in real life. Probably the best coin to HODL in 2021.

It's already run. CZ's legs are being kicked out from under him after he copied ETH and scammed Elon's DOGE followers. He doesn't have anything left to push NEO and the others without doing to BNB what was done to NEO back in the ONT, DBC, NEP-5 days.

Da Hongfei is now being paid back his face debt through GAS token manipulation. Until that too becomes too expensive and no longer works.
