Talking to my mother, I let it slip that I've made a tens of thousands of dollars on my investments, so that she'd stop trying to give me some of her pension money all the time.

I get that. But he knows i also dont like taking money from him. I have a brother and sister that leech off him all the time, from paying their basic utilities bills down to daycare expenses. I see that, then they have to nerve to go on 2 or 3 vacations per year. All i want is my father to see that he raised me well enough to take care of myself. I think he feels bad about spending all that money on the other 2 and i never ask for anything.
