Depends on what your definition of better is.
It all depends on when price hits $1, if it's fast, it's better to buy DNA.
The thing is that the Bond will pay interest and you can trade it for equity or get your cash back at the end.
So it's a very safe bet and the DNA you're getting is free, so you literally cannot lose on the bonds.

Can you explain what the actual problem is?
If the team wasn't competent or motivated they would've quit a long time ago.
It's investing, high risk high reward, or low risk low reward.
The bonds are only 100 eurobucks, which isn't much, but the 100 is a pretty much guaranteed return and the 50 DNA is free, even if you dump immediately after the bond sale closes that is a 1.5x.

both of the shitcoins you posted tried to shoehorn crypto into something that already exists, Encrypgen uses crypto to its benefit to offer a better solution to something - to offer a market for researchers to get better dna data for cheaper, and that to the benefit of the users who own the data and not to companies who sell it without the users knowing about it

It's a funding round for marketing money, they more they raise, the faster they can ramp up marketing.
The funding goal is between 0 and 1.5M, so it doesn't really matter how much raise they only capped it at 1.5M.
