Im going to retire in 10 years just from my 9-5, 70k a year, 20k taxes, expenses are like 20k a year, putting 25k into my house a year (5k in crypto), pay it off within 5 years, buy another house after that, pay that off in 5 years, use that rent money to fund my life, retirement by 35 regardless of how well i do in crypto, the western world is unbelievably easy to get 'rich' in, i will keep using commas and making an endless sentence
