Cosmos, Algorand, Cardano, Tezos, Polkadot, Tron, EOSIO, and other non-Ethereum DeFi bros, what are your main holds?

I've been trading and holding XTZ for a few years, but this year I decided to just set it and forget. No more day trading. Just staking and enjoying the benefits. Now I'm pretty much all in ADA, ALGO, and XTZ, but am looking to get back into ATOM very soon. What are your main holds? Why do you hold them? What are your predictions for the future of DeFi off the ETH blockchain? What else should I be holding? Let's get down and dirty in here.

>inb4 someone shills some BNB shit
Binance Coin blatantly ripped off huge chunks of ETH code.
This thread is not for that ChingChong bullshit.

>> No.29533567

I don't think any of them matter or have any value at all everything is tied to Bitcoin seemingly forever so the market is just a big con job as long as that is the case

I switched out of ALGO to FET because it has a higher APY stake of 10% and it just keeps on crabbing.

>FET
Huh. Last I heard about that, it was ETH-based, but I guess they have their own blockchain now. Kudos! Will definitely be looking into this.

>>29533567
I'm of course interested in making money off of holding these investments, but I'm also interested in the technology behind these projects as well. For the latter reason, I'll continue to hold these, regardless of whether or not they eventually decouple themselves from Bitcoin in terms of price action.

It's ironic you leave Avalanche out of the equation, but not for the reasons you think.
All those projects you listed, both old and new-gen, have flaws in their implementation that cannot be fixed without a better protocol.
>inb4 double spent something turkey
It's actually the state of the art in blockchain, and the only platform who actually stands for descentralization and that can support enterprise/institunional adoption.
I've been saying it since September. Take it as you wish.

I wasn't trying to list every single DeFi project under the sun, bro. Got nothing against AVAXers.

Which one completed their white sheet? Oh yeah, I'll put my money on Cosmos (Atom) since they are now 100% operable.

You implied that none of the projects I listed in OP - including Algorand - have fulfilled the basic goals of their whitepapers. Algorand has.

I hold ADA,ETH, and ATOM. Also hold DOT fwiw. I think ALGO is a good choice but I’m not trying to be spread thin. Don’t know much about tezos. I think it’s going to be a situation where there’s not one winner but we’re all five or six if we include polkadot have a future and coexist peacefully together. When blockbuster fell it wasn’t just one streaming service that popped up it was many

ADA is my most speculative investment (in what is arguably the most speculative market on earth). I will grant you that. ALGO and XTZ have proven their staying power and utility though. This cannot be denied.

>> No.29537259

Mostly ADA due to the upcoming announcements and focus of bringing DeFi to places without regular finance. Second would be ATOM mostly out of luck and buying in at sub $5 but it's a solid project I plan on holding long term. In and out of ALGO because the tech is definitely fire but I dont see any implementation happening at the scale of others. If I'm wrong on the ALGO I'd love some sauce.

Tell me more about Solana. Link me up my man. Seen the project's name a lot. Seen it referenced in TA-centric articles when analyzing other projects too.
