Welcome to Leaving America General!

So presumably you made some gains in crypto or see the end. The most important part about leaving America is gaining freedom. I know this is counter to the legacy narrative but it is true. Some countries will let you become a citizen if you can prove ancestry, some you must marry a citizen and others just pass a test. But what makes a good country to move to as an American? Well most countries you are going to lose the ability to own a gun, tank, cannon, etc... BUT you will gain in basically every other aspect. The primary things you should look for are the cost of living, culture, currency, language and citizenship. You do not need to change from USD because it is accepted everywhere but leaving America means crypto freedom so who needs it?

Japan

You can stay 90-days visa-free but get a work visa for five years at a minimum, prove financial independence, renounce citizenship, learn the language and attend meetings then you can become a citizen and buy your favorite waifu pillows.

Quebec suffers many of the issues facing all of North America. Paris is a shithole, but many of the smaller French towns and countryside seem quite pleasant.
