Not really but it's considered similar to holding commodities like gold which has this rule.
In this case it's better to not have specific crypto taxes because then we would get at least the capital gain taxes and pay 25%.
But as someone living in the EU there is an easy solution for you to cash out.
Move to Germany or a similar country with less taxes the year you cash out and pay your taxes there.
When you cash out use a bank outside of Hungary and/or the EU so they don't have any reason to think you got money to tax.
You should just try to find out after how many time outside of Hungary they stop thinking you have to pay taxes there.
