What IF:

1)Buy BTC on localbitcoins, pay with Paypal.
2)Never use any KYS exchanges.
3)Never cash out or cash out via localbitcoins and Paypal.

Will I still have to pay taxes if I live in burgerland? Again, I'm not going to buy BTC on Paypal, I'd buy it on localbitcoins from a 3rd party and pay via Paypal "friends and family".
