Many new projects chose other layer 1s over ETH recently, We've seen other L1s such and Polkadot and AVAX taking market share from ETH (Not price wise but adoption wise), Give it a year and they'll rival ETH by size (I'm not a fan of Polkadot tho but i can't ignore their adoption rate)
