Inflation unironically causes BTC to go down. When the price of food, rent, bills, and day to day living expenses go up, you have to sell assets to cover them. That's why meme inflation hedges like stocks stay about the same in nominal terms during inflation but absolutely tank in real terms. You have to sell your assets to buy the expensive stuff.

Also something like 95%+ of BTC was bought under $5k, and even the latest of those buyers saw a 12x. Of course they're going to sell.
