I've been saying for the longest time... tranfers in/out are neither bullish or bearish when it costs only $30 USD and some risk and time and effort for the person executing the transfer.

Removing btc into "cold storage" is meaningless when it can pop back onto the exchange within a couple of hours. Similarly same with transfers in. Only price action and volume matter.

Simple manipulation to drive the price of BTC up. If your read the news then you know that MicroStrategy is buying BTC for over a billion dollars.

OTC will now try to get in touch with the seller to sell directly to Saylor.
