Tulip is a deflationary protocol where the token "wilts" (tokens get burnt ) over time when triggered voluntarily by holders.

The protocol is made to continuously burn at a predictable rate towards but never reaching zero without any input from an outside system such as price of a market.

There is only one interactable smart contract function (The Wilt ), it is 'selfish' to activate, yet activating it benefits all holders of TULIP by permanently reducing the total supply.
